Job summary

Ursa Major in Colorado is offering a DoW Skillbridge internship for a Senior Program Manager, In-Space. The role drives customer requirements, schedules, resources, and overall program progress to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

The Senior PM owns on-time execution of deliverables, acts as a technical liaison, and coordinates complex inputs to meet milestones. The program leads with practical architecture and defense-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years’ program management or aerospace leadership experience.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations and program requirements.
• Experience leading a team to field integrated products in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive program progress from market need to sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Define objectives and align resources for execution.
• Own program budget, schedule, and key results; prepare reviews and materials.
• Own program schedule; coordinate inputs across the company and re-baseline as needed.
• Evaluate risks/opportunities and drive mitigations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the business and realize them.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact and lead contract deliverables.
• Collaborate to write and deliver technical deliverables; support BD inputs.
