Job summary

Ursa Major Technologies is seeking a DoW Skillbridge Senior Program Manager, In‑Space. The role coordinates customer requirements, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time deliverables and program milestones. You will serve as a technical liaison, bringing complex inputs together to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates have extensive program management experience in defense/aerospace and can lead cross-functional teams. This is a U.S.‑based opportunity requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in program management or aerospace leadership.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
• Proven experience leading teams to field integrated products in operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive program progress from market need through sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Define program objectives and align resources to execute.
• Own program budget, schedule, and KR performance; report on health.
