The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and aerospace leadership.

This position offers a base salary of $125,000 – $160,000, and benefits including Unlimited PTO, medical insurance, and a retirement savings plan. Candidates must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance and possess U.S. citizenship or similar status.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in program management or aerospace leadership.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Proven management experience in defense or aerospace domains.
