Aufgaben

• Administers the Districtwide highway preservation program, including scope, budget, design, delivery schedule, and performance.
• Oversees construction plans for pavement preservation, contract maintenance, safety and related projects at the District level.
• Provides oversight for dam safety inspections, hydraulic studies, drainage, flood control, surveying, and storm water co-permittee activities in coordination with Parish and statewide Environmental Section.
• Administers consultant contracts for District Preservation project design, monitors progress, reviews invoices, and approves final plans.
• Oversees districtwide surveying program with in-house and contracted survey firms.
