• Develop and implement an integrated donor relations and stewardship program.
• Promote engagement and recognition of donors at all giving levels.
• Prepare timely communications and donor reports.
• Maintain donor relationships with the Foundation and system-wide partners.
• Coordinate hospital-wide donor recognition and engage the board on projects.
• Oversee event logistics and donor acknowledgements.
• Support gift officers with stewardship guidance.
• Balance multiple projects independently to support the organization’s mission.
