Job summary

Augusta Health is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to manage the donor database, track cash and pledges, and reconcile donations. You will support events, appeals and in‑kind gifts while maintaining strict confidentiality of donor and patient information.

The role requires strong administrative skills, experience with fundraising software, and superb written and verbal communication in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of admin support/fundraising software experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database and ensure accurate recording, depositing and reconciliation of cash, pledges and payroll deduction donations.
• Provide administrative and program support for events, appeals and in‑kind gifts; manage donor information with confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with staff, board members, physicians, constituents and donors; coordinate multiple tasks.
