Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Senior Director of Stewardship to lead a comprehensive donor stewardship program and strengthen donor retention and engagement across the philanthropic journey.

The role requires building scalable processes, coordinating with gift officers, and delivering data-driven strategies to optimize recognition, reporting, and restricted-gift compliance. 40-hour week with a focus on cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in fundraising or advancement roles, with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship philosophy and operating model.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing stewardship team.
• Define stewardship policies, metrics, and dashboards focused on retention, upgrades, and engagement.
• Create multi-year stewardship roadmap aligned with fundraising priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight for major gift, planned giving, and capital campaign stewardship.
• Establish donor recognition strategies and naming opportunities.
• Lead data-driven stewardship improvements within Raiser's Edge and related systems.
