Way to Win seeks a Senior Manager of Donor Relations to deepen connections with members and donors who resource our work toward durable multiracial political power. This role blends relationship-building with disciplined execution to move engagements forward.

The Senior Manager will oversee a portfolio, maintain Salesforce dashboards, and coordinate with Development, Membership, and Program teams to ensure timely follow-up and meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in donor relations or related field.
• Experience managing high-touch donor portfolios.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to turn political/programmatic information into clear briefs.
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of members through regular communication and stewardship.
• Move relationships into meaningful engagement via briefings, events, and opportunities.
• Develop relationship strategies and meeting materials with leadership.
• Track commitments, owners, deadlines, and follow up to ensure action.
• Coordinate with Development, Membership, Political and Program teams for a consistent member experience.
• Maintain Salesforce records and portfolio dashboards to inform strategy.
