Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Lead Donor Center Technician to join our international team in the San Antonio, TX donor center. You will perform pre-donation medical screenings, assess donor suitability, and operate plasmapheresis support equipment while maintaining donor confidentiality and documenting procedures.

You will interact with donors to ensure a positive experience, support center operations, and comply with FDA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typically requires 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to perform donor screening and operate center equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-donation medical screening per guidelines.
• Determine HCT and protein via finger stick using hematostat and refractometer.
• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive interactions.
• Maintain donor files and accurate documentation.
