• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive service.
• Assess donor suitability and monitor plasmapheresis procedures.
• Maintain donor files and accurate records.
• Ensure donor confidentiality and sanitation of work areas.
• Communicate donor medical information to Medical Staff.
• Perform general administrative duties and greet donors.
