Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Domestic Lead to oversee efficient movement of shipments from origin to destination, including domestic routing via airfreight, LTL, and FTL. Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent (Required).
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Freight forwarding, domestic forwarding ground carriers, commercial airlines and cartage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Domestic Supervisor in managing department functions and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Quote, track, and trace domestic shipments via air/ground daily.
• Review OPS Routing queue and manage daily reports (milestones, dock checks).
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members; support project rollouts.
• Communicate with clients regarding freight status and progress.
