Responsibilities include developing system architecture, specifications, and test plans, while coordinating with government stakeholders and cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure technical success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years as SE in similar scope.
• Experience with DoDAF/SOA architectures and DoD guidance.
• Strong leadership in system requirements, design, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of system requirements and architecture for DoDAF/SOA programs.
• Develop and maintain system engineering plans, requirements specifications, and ICDs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and government interfaces to ensure technical integrity.
