Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to support DoDAF/JCIDS architecture and related DoD program efforts. The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

You will analyze requirements, develop system architectures, and provide technical leadership across design, development, and integration activities within a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph (within last 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 14 years of SE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• 5 years SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Develops system requirements specifications from concepts and operations.
• Leads design, development and integration activities.
• Guides requirements formulation, alternatives and feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirement, design and technology.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements concept of operations and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirement, design, and technology.
• Interacts with Government and senior executives regarding SE considerations.
