Job summary

SAIC seeks a Web Software Developer to support USTRANSCOM at Scott Air Force Base, IL. You will lead the public website project, integrating legacy pages and delivering maintenance upgrades consistent with DoD security standards.

Responsibilities include designing, documenting, and developing web pages, coordinating with government personnel, and assisting the Gatekeeper program. A TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Security+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web development or related roles.
• DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (Strapi).
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• Knowledge of implementing software in a cloud environment that adheres to DoD security guidelines.
• Proven technical writing and documentation skills.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Excel).
• Configuration and change management with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, develop, and maintain public web pages for USTRANSCOM.
• Collaborate with contractors and Government personnel to integrate legacy pages into the new public website.
• Provide maintenance and upgrades to current USTRANSCOM web pages.
• Adhere to Government and industry web and security standards.
• Coordinate minor adjustments with the content owner as required.
• Assist the webmaster by overseeing the Gatekeeper program and related services.
