Five Stones Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to lead planning, execution, and analysis of complex test events across DoD programs. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, DoD experience, and strong TE leadership skills.

You will coordinate test resources, develop robust test strategies, and ensure alignment with acquisition plans, cybersecurity, and program schedules. Expect collaborative work with PMO teams in a dynamic defense sector.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 17 years' relevant experience.
• Experience planning and executing complex test programs.
• Ability to perform detailed calculations and assess advanced systems.
• US citizenship required and DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E), Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) events.
• Lead and coordinate TEMP and T&E strategy documentation.
• Assess test results and provide risk assessments and corrective actions to senior leadership.
• Coordinate resources, test ranges, instrumentation, and data collection.
• Brief Test IPT and acquire program leadership on findings and recommendations.
• Support major acquisition reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR) with TE input.
