Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support an Army project at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on test execution, documentation, and collaboration with government civilians, military personnel, and contractors.

Responsibilities include planning tests for Air and Missile Defense systems, preparing test plans, procedures, and matrices, and generating post-test reports. Travel to DoD ranges and coordination with stakeholders are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with defense systems
• Experience with test engineering on government projects
• Familiarity with DoD test regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for Air and Missile Defense systems for the US Army
• Participate in SIL, HWIL, DG testing, System Qualification Testing, and Field Testing with cross-project teams
• Generate pre-test docs including test plans and procedures; assist post-test reports
• Lead weekly Test Planning meetings and prepare test presentations
• Support major meetings with program stakeholders such as T&E WIPTs
• Travel to DoD test ranges to support operations and missions
• Support weekly reporting: SITREPs, calendars, asset status, EXSUMs
