Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Analyst to join a DoD-focused team at Fort Huachuca. The role involves leading TDL standards conformance and interoperability testing across MIL-STD references and STANAGs, updating MTPs, and delivering detailed reports.

The ideal candidate has a DoD Secret clearance (interim acceptable), strong communication skills, and experience with RF/IT systems and DoD operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of related experience.
• 10 years of experience total with substitution option via 15 semester hours towards a Master's.
• Experience executing TDL standards conformance tests including MIL-STDs 6011, 6016, 6020, and 6022.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable with RF/IT systems and DoD operations.
• Active interim DoD Secret Clearance; DoD security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Update Master Test Procedures (MTP) with approved changes.
• Research SUT data link bit-level implementations and test areas.
• Develop conformance test procedures against MIL-STD references.
• Develop interoperability tests using TDL MTP and traceability matrices.
• Conduct tests and post-test analysis with standard tools.
• Write preliminary trouble reports and final test reports.
