Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as a technical leader supporting a DoD customer across design, development, deployment, integration, and sustainment of complex enterprise systems.

This role will lead technical projects, ensure alignment with customer requirements, engineering standards, architectures, and DoD policies, and provide strategic engineering guidance across current and future capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all technical matters pertaining to the design, development, deployment, integration, and sustainment of systems, both current and planned.
• Contribute to and provide leadership within the execution of technical projects to ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering standards, architectures and Defense policies
• Serve as a senior technical expert in formulating plans, aligning organizations, and executing complex engineering projects across the organization
• Lead the development of advanced concepts in data architecture, master data management and data analytics
• Collaborate with top technical leaders on the overall direction and management of the command’s strategic technical focus in the specific area of manpower, logistics, and business systems programs
