Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to support a Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Analysis cybersecurity program. You will lead program execution, manage customer engagement, staffing, schedule/risk management, and contract performance across DHS Intelligence Enterprise.

Responsibilities include serving as the senior contractor lead, interfacing with the Government Contracting Officer and COR, and delivering PM artifacts, risk management, and transition

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 15+ years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
• PMP certification.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, information assurance, or IT security programs.
• Ability to serve as the primary customer-facing program lead.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior contractor lead for all work performed under the program.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Government Contracting Officer and COR.
• Provide overall management, direction, administration, and leadership for contract execution.
• Oversee technical, cost, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, and deliverable performance.
• Develop and maintain PM artifacts (PM Plan, IMS, Staffing Plan, QC Plan, Risk Plan, Risk Register).
• Lead recurring project reviews, status meetings, and customer touchpoints with cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Track and report action items, taskers, deliverables, risks, issues, milestones, and staffing status.
• Manage transition-in and transition-out activities for continuity of mission operations.
