Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks a systems engineer to conduct comprehensive program portfolio reviews, evaluate alternatives, enhance processes, and design system-level tests to ensure performance aligns with specs.

You will review ICDs, CDs, CPDs, AoAs, support risk management, and develop technical documentation for lifecycle programs while collaborating with IPTs to optimize cost-performance and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Perform comprehensive system engineering reviews, design and execute system-level tests to ensure performance aligns with specs.
• Review ICDs, CDs, CPDs, and AoAs; assess military utility and operational concepts.
• Support engineering processes including configuration management, architecture design, verification, validation, and decision analysis.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation and technical data packages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct technical reviews (e.g., SRR, Technology Readiness Assessments) and create associated plans and documentation.
• Provide engineering support across acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, deployment, and operations.
• Produce technical presentations, analyses, and corrective-action documentation guiding IPTs and stakeholders.
