Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role is 100% onsite and requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

The selected candidate will work on architecture, risk assessment, and mission integration activities across the DoD acquisition lifecycle, delivering integrated, interoperable systems for air and space domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in the DoD sector.
• Systems engineering across the acquisition lifecycle and architecture development.
• Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5000.75 and system acquisition processes.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and cost/performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Translate operational requirements into technical requirements for MIT.
• Develop integrated architectures and assess/mitigate risks.
• Support testing, evaluation, and integration activities across programs.
• Prepare technical briefings and engineering documentation for leadership.
• Drive interoperability across weapon systems and program offices.
