Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. This 100% onsite role focuses on translating requirements into technical solutions and developing integrated architectures for DoD programs.

You will work with senior leadership on mission integration, risk assessment, and test planning, contributing to architecture development and system-of-systems integration across multiple

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DoD or defense-related systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, sustainment, and disposal activities.
• Translate operational and functional requirements into technical requirements for Mission Integration Team (MIT).
• Contribute to architecture definition to ensure interoperability across the DAF C3BM enterprise architecture.
