Job summary

RSC2 INC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Hanover, MD team. You will collaborate with the Chief Architect, TDA, OVSLs, and engineering teams to develop JCWA system designs and governance artifacts, and to drive architectural decisions in line with the enterprise vision.

The role requires substantial DoD program experience, strong written and verbal communication, and hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant DoD/defense contracting experience.
• Experience applying systems engineering to large, complex architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chief Architect, TDA, OVSLs and engineering teams on JCWA design.
• Develop and mature governance artifacts and technical guidance documents.
• Manage ADRs and TN processes aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate enterprise capabilities and advise leadership accordingly.
• Maintain awareness of DoD/DoW policies affecting programs.
