Job summary

Chitra Productions seeks a Senior System Administrator to support the CBL Battle Lab Facility at Fort Gordon, GA. The role requires on-site work, strong IA/IAT II background, and expertise in collaboration tools and datacenter operations.

The candidate must have current CompTIA or higher certifications, VMware ESX/vSphere proficiency, and a TS/SCI-eligible security clearance. Expect robust system administration across Windows Server, virtualization, cloud services, and storage networks.

Qualifications

• Must have Baseline IA/IAT II qualifications and current CompTIA (or higher) certification.
• Must hold MCSA Server 2012 or equivalent certification at hire.
• Within six months, obtain VMware ESX/vSphere or equivalent certification.
• Minimum five years of experience administering networks and systems in the last eight years.
• Advanced IT administrator skills: remote administration, RDP, GPO, backups, performance monitoring.
• Advanced collaboration services: Adobe Connect, Chat, SharePoint, Exchange Server.
• Expert in datacenter management, virtualization, SANs, cloud services, asset management.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Company is looking for a Senior System Administrator to provide support to CBL Battle Lab Facility located at Fort Gordon, GA. All work will be performed onsite. This contract will support the CBL’s mission is to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with a dynamic network experimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW, and IA through the Cyber Battle Lab’s Experimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army Persistent Experimentation Environment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC). The Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses and network support that will validate the proposed new technical solutions to resolve known Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernization lines of effort

Senior System Administrator RHN-E shall:

• This position is designated as Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II). Baseline certification: upon hire must already possess (and be maintaining) current, CompTIA commercial certification (or higher, such as CISSP, etc.).
• Computing environment (CE) certification: upon hire, must already possess (and be maintaining) current certification for Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Server 2012.
• Within six months of hire, must obtain either: VMWare certification, VCPS-DCV, or Udemy training certification VMware ESX and vSphere Admin Tutorial, or ITU training certification VMware vSphere VCP5.5.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience or equivalent in administering networks and systems, worked directly in the career field during five (5) of the preceding eight (8) years.
• Must possess advanced IT administrator skills in remote administration, remote desktop, Group Policy Object (GPO) management, system backup and recovery, and monitoring servers for performance evaluation and optimization.
• Must possess advanced IT Administrator skills in Collaboration Services, e.g., Adobe Connect Server, Chat Services, SharePoint Portal, and Electronic Email (Exchange) Server.
• Must possess advanced skills in datacenter management, Cloud Services, virtualization, storage area networks (SANs), data/system backups, and asset management.
• Must possess expert remote troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Obtain and Maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
