Job summary

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior DoD Spectrum Analyst to support the development of DoD positions, regulatory assessments, and national security spectrum initiatives.

The analyst will evaluate domestic and international spectrum proposals, support NTIA IRAC/National/World Radiocommunication Conference activities, and translate complex RF regulatory matters into actionable guidance for senior leaders and spectrum stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• Five years of direct experience in federal spectrum management or related areas.
• Experience evaluating spectrum proposals and regulatory impacts on DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze proposed changes to frequency allocations and rules for DoD impact.
• Develop DoD positions for NTIA and ITU-R processes and conferences.
• Coordinate with DoD components and interagency stakeholders; prepare briefings.
