Job summary

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Spectrum Analyst to support DoD positions on national spectrum management, including NTIA processes and ITU‑R study work. The candidate will evaluate proposals affecting DoD systems, terrain, and operations, and develop recommended DoD positions for federal and international spectrum activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics or related field; or equivalent federal spectrum‑management experience.
  • Five+ years in radiofrequency spectrum management, DoD spectrum, NTIA/IRAC, ITU‑R/WRC, or spectrum analysis.
  • Ability to evaluate operational and technical effects of spectrum proposals.
  • Experience preparing technical‑regulatory recommendations and senior‑leader briefings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze changes to frequency allocations, Radio Regulations, service definitions and rules for DoD impact.
  • Develop DoD positions for NTIA spectrum management and allocation proceedings.
  • Assess ITU‑R studies to identify national security implications for DoD.
  • Coordinate inputs from DoD components and interagency stakeholders.
  • Prepare memoranda, briefings, and issue trackers; maintain traceability of positions.
