Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join a team supporting Space Systems Command and related offices. The role focuses on staff coordination, program administration, and enterprise task management to enable mission success.

The ideal candidate will coordinate day-to-day activities, track priorities, and support the Materiel Leader and Front Office with efficient program operations in a sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 10+ years of DoD program management/staff coordination experience.
• Experience with ETMS2 or similar enterprise task-management systems.
• Knowledge of program management principles and practices in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ML day-to-day schedule, cadence, and coordination with internal teams and counterparts.
• Track program-level taskers, suspense dates, and action items for timely submission.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, reviews, and classified sessions.
• Arrange travel and VAR submissions for ML-directed events.
• Ensure activities align with policies, standards, and processes.
• Collaborate with ML program and technical teams to aid Front Office coordination.
• Manage task flow, document exchanges, and readiness reporting across ML.
