Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a highly driven Business Analyst to support SSC SYD 81 and the PAE-I program office. You will work with government leadership to analyze information, track actions, and aid in decision-making in a DoD environment.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and newsletters, coordinate requirements, and oversee internal and external taskings while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented information clearance required.
• 10+ years of DoD experience in DoD business operations or program management.
• Experience with ETMS2 or similar task/workflow systems.
• Ability to develop executive-level reports, briefings, newsletters, talking points and fact sheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report ETMS2 tasking status across SYD 81 and PAE staff.
• Manage ETMS2 tasks through full lifecycle including tracking and closing actions.
• Provide weekly status reports on past-due and upcoming tasks.
• Develop real-time dashboards reflecting task status and requirements.
• Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders to improve processes.
