Job summary
McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Product Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/AFLCMC/HB in Hanscom AFB, MA. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on defining roadmaps, KPIs, and product specifications for DoD programs including the FMS Japan AWACs effort.
You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, UX/UI teams, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions and maximize program metrics while navigating security and compliance
Qualifications
- Citizenship: US citizen required.
- Secret level clearance required or ability to obtain.
- BA/BS Degree. 10 years of related exp with 5 in DoD, or 15 years with 8 in DoD.
- Experience in customer-facing technology product management.
- Experience with analytics, dashboards, A/B testing, and usability studies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding customers and use cases.
- Assist in KPI definition, monitoring, and communication.
- Assist in creating and aligning the product roadmap with objectives and metrics.
- Assist in documenting product specifications and user stories for features.
- Support cross-functional relationships and drive alignment and value.
