Job summary
MANTECH seeks a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. This hybrid role requires deep fluency in DoD simulation frameworks and a proven ability to manage technical scope, schedules, risks, and senior stakeholder relationships across the Pentagon and Air Force leadership.
The role focuses on planning and delivering complex Modeling, Simulation & Analysis programs, translating CONOPs into actionable software requirements, and leading cross-disciplinary teams of
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or analytical teams.
- Experience with DoD simulation frameworks (AFSIM/STORM/CFAM) and modern concepts (JADC2).
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, delivery, and programmatic execution of complex Modeling, Simulation & Analysis programs.
- Define and track technical roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables for MS&A software and modeling initiatives.
- Translate Air Force operational concepts into actionable software requirements and workflows for technical teams.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, clear blockers, translate CONOPs into validated M&S capabilities.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs, scope creep, and schedule risks.
