You will partner with executive leadership, IT, facilities, legal, and program teams to implement compliant security controls and oversee audits and inspections. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in security management, business, criminal justice, intelligence, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive DoD/federal/defense contractor security experience.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-program security organizations.
• Strong knowledge of DoD/federal security requirements and industrial security practices.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's DoD security program, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Set security strategy, governance, and performance metrics for government programs.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/federal requirements and contractual security obligations.
• Advise executives on security risk, requirements, and threats; develop SOPs and documentation.
• Oversee information and physical security; manage insider-threat program and reporting practices.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, engineering to protect classified information and spaces; prepare for reviews/audits.
