Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Control Assessor to provide senior-level assessment support for DoD programs, including the F-35 JPO mission. You will evaluate security controls, document risks, and support secure mission operations in highly secure environments.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, and on-site work in Arlington, VA. You will coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders and help drive remediation and reporting

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in security control assessments, cybersecurity, RMF, or related DoD security functions.
Strong analytical, technical writing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level support for security control assessments, control validation, documentation review, and reporting.
Review assessment evidence, security plans, findings, corrective action documentation, and related materials.
Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support schedules, data calls, issue resolution, and action tracking.
Maintain assessment trackers, matrices, records, and leadership reporting products.
Support meetings and briefings related to security controls and assessment status.
Identify risks and process improvements to strengthen assessment quality and mission assurance.
