Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Control Assessor to join our DoD cybersecurity program. You will perform assessments, RMF/IAM activities, and risk adjudication to support A&A and information assurance for DoD systems.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance, 5 years in A&A, and hands-on exposure to eMASS and STIGs. The role requires 85% travel, remote work, and collaboration with the SCA team to secure DoD networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Eight years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
• Five years in a Certification and Accreditation/A&A role.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
• Experience with STIGs, SRGs, POA&Ms and cyber security best practices.
• Advanced RMF, NIST SP 800-37/800-53, CNSSI 1253 knowledge.
• Experience with eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, audits, and inspections for DoD organizations and partners.
• Evaluate systems and Defensive Cyberspace Operations using cyber threat emulation and testing.
• Adhere to policies for each assessment type and support assessment development.
• Coordinate logistics, test plans, and scope with the SCA Team Lead.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and document findings in eMASS.
• Provide risk analysis and mitigation recommendations and report findings.
