Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (FPO) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP/SCI experience.

The candidate will oversee SAP security disciplines, work with the GSSO, manage access quotas, process PARs, and develop security training tailored to the unit’s requirements. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years DoD/government/contractor experience
Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in last 8 years
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) to carry out security duties.
Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
Assist in managing SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain the unit's access database.
Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
Maintain personnel security dossiers and training records.
Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, badges, alarm checks, guard response.
Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
