Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Security Analyst to support our DoD customer in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on acquisition security, program protection planning, risk management, and safeguarding sensitive technologies throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of acquisition program experience, including SCI/SAR work, and can develop and coordinate DD Form 254, OPSEC plans, and security classifications. On-site duties in El Segundo are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years may substitute.
• 10+ years in acquisition program experience.
• 6+ years supporting SCI or SAR programs.
• Deep knowledge of DoD acquisition security requirements.
• Familiar with ICDs, JAFAN, and DoD security policies.
• Experience developing DD Form 254 and security docs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lifecycle security analyses to identify CPI and CSR.
• Develop PPPs and security strategies.
• Provide guidance on collateral, SAP, and mission requirements.
• Coordinate with DoD and Air Force security authorities.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation including OPSEC plans and SSPs.
• Support training and education initiatives for program personnel.
