MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Acquisition Security Analyst II to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This full-time, in-office role supports the Government Program Manager with developing and implementing program protection methodologies across the system lifecycle.

Responsibilities include risk-based PPPs, security guidance for collateral and SAP programs, and creation of OPSEC plans and SOPs. Clearances and extensive DoD process knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
• Experience with security policies, including ICDs, JAFANs, and DoD manuals.
• Knowledge of DD Form 254 implementation within Air Force acquisition lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-depth lifecycle program analysis to identify CPI, CSR, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, execute, and implement risk management-based PPPs and security countermeasures.
• Provide security support to collateral, SAP, and emerging mission areas.
• Deliver security guidance on contract requirements, cost feasibility, and DD Form 254 processes.
• Develop, write, and review OPSEC plans, SCGs, ECPs, and SOPs.
• Assess foreign intelligence threats against critical research and guide security policy and classification decisions.
• Coordinate with Air Force security authorities and Mission Partners for security education and close-out actions.
