Job summary

RTX in El Segundo is seeking an experienced security professional to manage and coordinate DoD/government security programs onsite, ensuring policy compliance and effective liaison with agencies. This role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Candidates should have a university degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of DCSA/CDSE, and strong communication skills to mentor security staff.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience working with NIPSOM, and other applicable Government security policies and procedures.
• Experience interacting with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.
• Completion of DCSA CDSE course: FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple security programs to ensure policy compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain authorizations and deviations.
• Investigate security violations and prepare prevention reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to security personnel
