Job summary

MANTECH is seeking an Acquisition Security Analyst II to support the Government Program Manager in strengthening program protection for advanced technology efforts. Based in El Segundo, CA, this full-time onsite role develops and implements security methodologies across the system lifecycle.

You will identify critical information, evaluate vulnerabilities, and translate risk management into practical Program Protection Plans, with guidance for collateral, SAP, and emerging mission areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years' related experience.
• 10+ years of related acquisition program experience, including 6+ years supporting SCI or SAR.
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness for polygraph.
• Experience with DD Form 254 within the Air Force lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lifecycle program analysis to identify CPI and CSR.
• Develop risk-based PPPs and security countermeasures.
• Provide security guidance for collateral, SAP, and mission areas.
• Guide DD Form 254 processes across acquisition lifecycles.
• Prepare OPSEC plans, SCGs, ECPs, and SOPs.
• Assess foreign intel threats and advise on policy decisions.
• Coordinate with Air Force security authorities and partners.
