Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Program Security Analyst II in El Segundo, CA to support DoD programs including SCI and SAP activities. The role involves classification reviews, document control, and daily security operations in a fully on-site environment.

The ideal candidate will manage security documentation, ensure compliance with DoD policies, and coordinate with Government personnel to safeguard classified information and maintain accountability of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years total relevant experience, including SCI/SAR exposure.
• Experience with DoD security policies, documentation, and compliance.
• Ability to manage security records and classification guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily program security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Develop, write, and review security documentation (OPSEC plans, SCGs, ECPs, SOPs).
• Maintain classified document accountability databases and records.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and security stakeholders.
• Support security inspections, reviews, and corrective actions.
