Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a seasoned Program Manager with a Secret Clearance in Panama City, FL. You will lead scheduling, EVM, IMS, and master planning, coordinating with TLs and supporting organizations to sustain complex DoD IT programs.

Responsibilities include developing detailed schedules, managing WBS and time-phased costs, and leveraging Primavera P6 for EVMS. PMP and CDFM certifications are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Nine years of program management experience supporting DoD/IT contracts.
• Experience developing, maintaining and executing program schedules.
• PMI PMP and CDFM certifications held.
• Position located in Panama City, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling of technology insertion, refresh, and life cycle activities.
• Maintain EVMS and IMS and support master schedule and cost for each work package.
• Collect budget data for EVM analysis from NERP.
• Prepare briefing material for program reviews and events.
• Maintain multiple project types and enable NERP reporting.
