Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an experienced Program Manager for a high-stakes government training support effort. You will lead contractor manpower, coordinate with Government COR/COTR, and direct multi-course training operations with decisive authority.

A strong Special Forces background and recent PM experience are essential. Required are a bachelor’s degree in business management or higher, US citizenship, English fluency, and a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Special Forces background with extensive program management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of similar size and complexity.
• Minimum 5 years in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to USAJFKSWCS.
• Program manager experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact to the Government COR and COTR with full decision-making authority.
• Provide program administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel.
• Be available during normal business hours and other times as required.
