Job summary

Summit Point Raceway Associates, INC. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee DoD training, test, and operational programs. You will manage performance, schedule, cost, staffing, and risk while interfacing with Government representatives and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in DoD programs with at least 3 years in senior leadership, plus an active TS/SCI clearance. This role requires travel and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, management, or related field.
• 12+ years supporting DoD programs, with 3+ years as a program leader.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience with complex Government contracts, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience in training, test, range, operational DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution, including performance, schedule, cost, quality, staffing, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government representatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site, infrastructure, security, safety, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance and integration of technical contributions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, Government, security, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present program status reports and reviews.
• Coordinate with security personnel to maintain cleared staffing and program security.
