Job summary

Summit Point Raceway Associates, INC. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead DoD training, test, range, or related programs.

You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and technical partners to ensure execution on time, within budget, and with the required security clearances. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in regulated environments, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field required.
• 12+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense programs, including at least 3 years in senior program leadership.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience managing complex Government contracts, subcontractors, integrated schedules, budgets, and formal deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution, including performance, schedule, cost, quality, staffing, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for designated Government representatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site, infrastructure, security, safety, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance and integrate technical contributions into overall program execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, Government, security, safety, and regulatory requirements.
