Job summary

Applied Research Solutions in Lackland AFB-San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Security Manager to lead security programs for SCI/SAP environments. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of related experience.

You will coordinate training, manage JPAS, maintain accreditation packages, and ensure compliance with DoD directives. Master’s degree and DoD SAPCO certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting SCI and SAP environments.
• Experience with multi-level classified environments.
• Master’s Degree and DoD SAPCO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security policies for SCI/SAP operations similar to the DoD framework.
• Assemble security authorization packages (SAR, POA&M, SSP).
• Train security assistants and ensure compliance with DoD directives.
• Coordinate with Wing Information Protection and JPAS processing.
• Monitor security controls and support incident responses.
