Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years managing DoD financial management or audit readiness programs.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $10M in total value.
• Army or DoD financial management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract execution across all task areas, with accountability for cost, schedule, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as Redhawk’s executive interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, ARNG G-8, and RMF Division leadership.
• Manage contract administration, deliverable schedules, and compliance with all contract terms and reporting requirements.
• Lead staffing and workforce management, including recruitment, retention, cross-training, named backups, and surge support for assessment peaks.
• Execute the Quality Control Plan and ensure deliverables meet Government acceptance standards.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and the program risk-issue-action log.
• Provide budget oversight and financial execution management, including subcontractor cost and performance control.
• Direct transition-in activities and establish program control and baselines.
