Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager / RMIC Program Lead to oversee day-to-day execution of the ARNG RMIC program. You will integrate enterprise risk management, internal control assessments, corrective actions, SOA preparation, and jurisdictional support into one operating framework across 54 ARNG organizations.

The role requires active Secret clearance, extensive federal RMIC/OMB Circular A-123 experience, and the ability to act as Program Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Public Administration) required.
• 12+ years of federal RMIC/internal controls experience preferred.
• CPA/CIA/CGFM/CRMA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contract operations across all eight PWS task areas.
• Build and maintain the enterprise RMIC framework aligned to federal standards.
• Lead A-123 implementation, enterprise risk assessments, and internal control reviews across locations.
• Oversee Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness planning and GAO-compliant documentation.
• Manage the Corrective Action Plan lifecycle with owners, milestones, and closures.
• Lead Quarterly Risk Reviews and production of the Consolidated Quarterly Risk Report.
• Coordinate the annual SOA process, assurance calendar, and leadership reviews.
• Prioritize and sequence mobile support engagements with the RMF Division.
• Prepare executive reporting and leadership briefings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RMIC analysts.
• Serve as Acting Program Manager during absences.
