Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale DoD programs. Responsibilities include managing complex defense contracts, coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations, and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in DoD program management, experience with $100M+ defense programs, and strong customer-facing skills. Navy program experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience within a DoD environment.
• Experience managing large-scale defense programs valued at $100M or greater.
• Strong customer-facing experience with government agencies and senior military leadership.
• Experience managing complex defense contracts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined under export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Define objectives and ensure successful execution across the program lifecycle.
• Support proposal development, contract planning, and program execution activities.
• Ensure programs are completed on schedule while meeting cost, quality, and customer expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop and manage program budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budgets.
