BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large DoD services program spanning communications, network, cybersecurity, engineering, and IT.

You will direct a 400+ person organization through managers and technical leaders to deliver mission-critical results. The role requires a DoD security clearance, a related bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of leadership, and strong program-management certifications.

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance or able to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of leadership experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Knowledge of DoD communications, enterprise IT, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing large, multi-site DoD or Federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution including mission performance, cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk and customer satisfaction.
• Direct a ~400-person, multi-site organization through managers and technical leaders.
• Lead contract transitions, workforce planning, onboarding, training and retention.
• Manage Government relationships, subcontractors, teaming partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee program finances, staffing plans, performance metrics, quality, risk, compliance and contract requirements.
• Drive operational integration, continuous improvement and accountability culture.
