Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. is seeking a Mid‑Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Project Manager to lead a skilled team on a DoD SETA contract and ensure secure, reliable delivery of cyber capabilities for Air Force and DoD Cyber Operations.

You will supervise technical analysis, architecture decisions, and program management while maintaining strict compliance with DoD standards and the contract performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Substitution: Bachelor’s degree with 18 years of experience, or no degree with 22 years of directly related experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical or SETA contracts in DoD Cyber Ops and Counter Intelligence environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Project Manager for a team of cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with COR, Program Manager, and DC3 leadership for status updates and risk assessments.
• Lead kickoff, status, and technical exchange meetings with timely reports.
• Oversee integration and sustainment engineering; ensure DoD policy compliance.
