Astrion is seeking a Journeyman Program Manager to support the HC/MC-130 Recapitalization program at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. The role requires applying acquisition program management practices across life cycle activities, coordinating with government and contractor teams, and ensuring schedule, cost, and performance objectives are met.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years in the DoD or 7 years of related experience with DoD exposure; active

Must be a US citizen with active clearance considerations.
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field with at least three years in the DoD, or seven years of directly related experience with DoD certifications.

Manage and organize resources and personnel to meet task objectives and explore new approaches.
Assign personnel to execution areas within SOF & PR Division acquisition management support requirements.
Develop integrated risk management plans and strategies.
Review ECPs and CCPs; participate in fact-finding and CCB processes.
Support planning for milestones and reviews; develop and coordinate reporting frameworks for IMS/IMP.
